The Academy annually may
provide up to four (3) $1000 scholarships.
To qualify,
students:
w
Must be attending a College of
Pharmacy;
w
Must be in good academic
standing;
w
Should have demonstrated leadership
abilities;
w
Should be looking toward a career in
community pharmacy
and;
w
Must be from one of the seven
counties of Central
Ohio:
w
Delaware County
w
Fairfield County
w
Franklin County
w
Madison County
w
Morrow County
w
Pickaway County
w
Union County
Applications
for the 2008-2009 academic year must be received by
April 30 ,
2008.
